Who Provides This Warranty

Products sold on luxemaple.com are sold by Luxe Maple International (OPC) Private Limited, and the warranty on them is honoured by Luxe Maple. Where a product page identifies a different seller or manufacturer as the warranty provider, that product page prevails.

Warranty Period

Beds, sofas, and dining products carry a 5 year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

For all other product categories, the warranty period is stated in the warranty description on the individual product page. The period stated on the product page at the time of your purchase is the period that applies to your order. Where no period is stated on the product page, a warranty period of 1 year from the date of delivery applies.

Warranty Claims

You can claim repair of items covered by warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product. To raise a claim, email admin@luxemaple.com or call +91 7303388393 with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs showing it.

What's Covered

Repair of the item during the warranty period, subject to review, verification, and confirmation of the manufacturing defect by the Luxe Maple Resolution team. Repair is carried out at the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Repair is honoured only where the originally purchased product has not been altered or modified.

What's Not Covered

Exclusions vary by product; check the individual product page for details. In general the following are not covered:

• For solid wood furniture, natural variations such as grain, texture, or colour, and characteristics like joint lines, wood grains, and seasonal splits, are not considered defects.
• Normal wear and tear, including gradual deterioration from regular use and minor damage from improper cleaning or impacts.
• Improper installation, assembly, or handling by third parties.
• Upholstery issues such as fabric fading, leather wrinkling, stretching, or changes in colour or texture from natural oils, use, or cleaning.
• Accidental damage such as impacts, scratches, stains, or spills, and issues arising from floor unevenness or dimensional variations within industry standards.
• Damage from misuse, improper maintenance or storage, water or moisture exposure, and sunlight discolouration.
• Fungus, mildew, mould, and deterioration caused by moisture, humidity, water seepage, environmental factors, or inadequate maintenance.
• Post-delivery issues such as breakages in glass or mirrors, torn stitching, or marks discovered after delivery has been acknowledged.

In line with industry standards, furniture dimensions may vary by up to 2 inches, and unevenness of up to 5mm including gaps may occur due to floor and surface level differences.

All solid wood products are treated to prevent borer infestation, but require regular care to stay protected. Borer issues are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase, regardless of the overall warranty period stated above or on the product page.

Sagging of cushions or foam seating after one year of regular use is normal wear and tear and is not covered.

Relationship to Returns

This warranty covers repair of manufacturing defects during the warranty period. If a defect, a product materially different from the listing, or a non-functional product is identified within 7 days of delivery, it is handled under our Return & Refund Policy instead, which may result in a return or replacement rather than repair.

Disclaimer

Luxe Maple reserves the right to reject warranty service during the warranty term if, in its sole opinion, the customer has not complied with the User Manual or instructions provided at the time of purchase.
